Inspired by an original artisan recipe, Nonna Nicoletta pasta is lovingly created using a bronze extrusion process, which creates a rough surface on the pasta to better hold sauce and enhance its flavour. The Nonna-approved traditional low temperature and slow-drying process ensures consistent cooking results every time.
