Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) | prepared Grilled Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Fusilli recipe |
½ cup (125 mL) | plain fat free Greek yogourt |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | Italpasta White Wine Vinegar |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | lemon juice |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | Italpasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | honey |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | freshly chopped basil |
salt and pepper |
Steps
- In a large bowl whisk together Greek yogourt, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and basil. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
- Fold leftover pasta salad into dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
