Ingredients
1 box (200 g) | Italpasta Prepared Macaroni and Cheese-Original |
1 lb (500 g) | pizza dough |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | cornmeal |
3/4 cup (175 mL) | pizza sauce |
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) | shredded mozzarella cheese |
4 strips | cooked bacon, chopped |
1/2 cup (125 mL) | pepperoni slices |
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cook Macaroni and Cheese according to package directions. Set aside.
- Grease pizza pan and sprinkle with cornmeal. On lightly floured surface, roll out dough into 14-inch (35 cm) round; transfer dough to prepared pan. Spread evenly with sauce, leaving 1-inch (2.5 cm) border around edge. Scatter cooked macaroni and cheese over top. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, bacon and pepperoni.
- Bake in lower third of oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly. To serve, cut into wedges.
