Ingredients
1 pkg (340 g) | Italpasta Wholesome Grains Fusilli |
1 | red pepper cut into matchsticks |
1 cup (250 mL) | edamame |
1 cup (250 mL) | shredded carrot |
¾ cup (175 mL) | low-fat Asian sesame dressing |
2 tbsp (30 mL) | soy sauce |
¼ cup (60 mL) | sliced green onion |
1 tbsp (15 mL) | toasted sesame seeds |
Steps
- Cook Italpasta Wholesome Grains Fusilli in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, 8 minutes. Place under cold running water; drain well.
- Toss fusilli with red pepper, edamame, carrot, sesame dressing and soy sauce. Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.
Tip: Add cooked salmon, shrimp or chicken to the pasta salad for extra protein.
